Responsibilities
- Follow-up proactively on leads to address their queries and requirements and promote the clinic's services and products to them.
- Establish long-term clients and maintain excellent after-sales relationship with all clients.
- Achieve key performance indicators set by the company.
- Address and follow-up on incoming queries to the clinic hotline.
- Assist doctor during procedures.
- Provide support to marketing efforts planned by the directors.
- Undertake receptionist work such as issuance of invoice, collection of payment, attending to walk in patients, phone and text enquiries.
- Undertaking activities relating to general operations of the clinic which include making orders for clinic supplies, maintenance of clinic inventory and ensuring cleanliness of the clinic.
Requirements
- Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
- Able to operate independently and in a team.
- Minimum 3 GCE “O” levels.
- Computer literate.
- At least 2 years sales experience in an aesthetics or beauty spa related industry.

- Basic salary plus attractive commission and staff benefits.
- 5-day work week from Monday to Saturday with 1 weekday off.
