On behalf or our client, a dominant player strengthening their foothold in the APAC market with strong retailer relationships, we are looking for a retail media sales manager in Singapore with a solid network and experience selling to media agencies and brands alike.
Products include small and large format digital, static advertising, sponsorship, partnership & experiential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive growth in APAC by achieving sales objectives and expanding the customer base in FMCG.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for customer acquisition and growth.
- Unlock both Media and Trade marketing budgets with FMCG clients and their agencies.
- Collaborate with the leadership team, Legal, and Finance to develop tailored solutions.
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Manage new business accounts and ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with Regional Business Directors to grow existing clients and acquire new opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, demonstrating effective selling and negotiation skills.
- Maintain awareness of competitors and industry trends.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting accurately.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of media sales and business development experience.
- Track record in driving media sales with both media agencies and large advertisers directly
- Exposure to DOOH and Programmatic
- Exposure to FMCG, Retail, Alcohol & Beverage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with FMCG advertisers and their agencies in APAC markets.
- Ability to handle multiple opportunities and set measurable objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hungry, flexible, proactive, and outcome focused.
