Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee a business and sales strategy to achieve company objectives and meet commercial targets.
- Proactively generate new business and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing their needs effectively.
- Develop strong, positive relationships with clients and provide solutions and support as needed.
- Regularly report on and monitor the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets to align with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Min 4 years of experience in sales at Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies
- Entrepreneurial flair, excellent client relationship skills, and commercial savvy.
- Superior new business and client management skills.
- Ability to manage a team of 3 to 6 members.
- Enthusiastic team player, collaborating with colleagues across different functions and markets
