Job Title: Purchasing Executive (ID8285)
Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri,8:30am to 6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Job Description:
• Sourcing & purchasing of material/ equipment
• Liaise with vendors and monitoring of purchase order schedule
• Use of Purchase system with Microsoft Navision
• Reconcile vendors’ DO with PO
• Perform other purchasing duties as assigned
Requirement:
• Min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel and Email
• Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
• but not necessary, otherwise willing to learn new software
• Good coordination and communication skills
