Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager for our first outlet in Singapore! The ideal candidate will excel in operational efficiency, staff management, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of dining area, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist in development and implementation of operational procedures and systems for the outlet.
- Assist in managing inventory and budgets .
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and guest experience based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Provide mentorship to junior management staffs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, expecially on dining area operations
- Prior experience as a manager in large dining groups (e.g., Haidilao, Paradise Group, Putien) preferred
- Excellence in team leadership and staff development
- Knowledge of local F&B regulations and licensing procedures
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
