Job responsibilities:
1. According to the company's overall development strategy, formulate sales products' mid- and long-term strategies, policies and challenging sales targets;
2. Responsible for the marketing organization, marketing planning and marketing management of the marketing management department, build a sales management framework and management system that meets the company's rapid development, and ensure the normal operation of the company's marketing work;
3. Expand and consolidate the sales team, coordinate relevant market resources, achieve performance indicators, and lead the team to achieve sales targets;
4. Explore the operation mode of medicines and health products, expand the company's product sales network around the world, and establish an in-depth distribution system;
5. Fully grasp the market situation of the company's products, and accurately position the product or product group in the market according to market demand and product market cycle. Ensure dynamic adaptation of the market, product, price and sales model;
6. Responsible for the coordination and market management between production and sales to ensure the maximization of the overall interests of the enterprise;
7. Determine the company's customer policy and develop competitive customer partners;
8. Cooperate with marketing, finance and other departments to jointly achieve the overall strategic goals of the marketing center.

8、与市场、财务等各部门合作,共同完成营销中心整体战略目标。
Qualifications:
1. Worked as sales manager or sales director of large or medium-sized pharmaceutical companies for more than 5 years, familiar with the operation of the pharmaceutical market, and have certain business resources;
2. Independently led the team to explore new markets, and mastered the market operation of Chinese patent medicines, decoction pieces, health products and other products;
3. Familiar with pharmaceutical investment promotion, and those with experience in sales of Chinese patent medicines, decoction pieces, and health products are preferred;
4. Familiar with local pharmaceutical policies.
任职资格:
1、担任过大、中型医药企业销售经理或销售总监5年以上,熟悉药品市场运作,有一定的商务资源;
2、独立带领团队开拓过新市场,熟练掌握中成药、饮片、保健品等产品的市场操作各环节流程;
3、熟悉药品招商、有中成药、饮片、保健品销售经验优先;
4、熟悉本地医药政策。
