Responsibilities
• Conducting Leasing Activities of commercial office space
• Conducting lease viewings of Company's Office Units to prospects
• Creating lease agreements
• Handling of Foreign and Local Office Tenants
• Working with Global Brokers for Prospects
• Marketing of Company's Office Units to Global Prospects
• Creating, Checking and Sending off Tenant Invoices
• Customer Servicing for Office Tenants in Segment
• Customer Servicing for Virtual Office Tenants
• Front Desk Activities
• Facility Management of Business Centres in Segment
• Handling Office Equipment Vendors
• Photocopy Machine,
• IP Phone,
• IT Support,
• Cleaner,
• Coffee Machine
• Water Dispenser
• Electrician
• Handling Vendor Contracting for Services
• Managing Office Or Supplies Ordering
• Managing Structure Repairs and Maintenance Vendors (Carpet, Lighting, Partition Walls, Glass Walls, Lock, Carpenters etc)
Working Hours
Mon-Fri 845am to 615pm.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Salary
$2800 to $3600 neg
