On behalf of the hiring company which is an Original Equipment Maker (OEM), we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Technical Support Executive.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Service Department on Customers' enquiries.
- Carryout site (existing building) surveys and co-ordinate with Engineering team for the next steps
- Customer’s required lift features onto the existing lift/escalator system.
- Liaise with the Purchasing team to source the right products/parts.
- Support Sales Support Executive to propose the new features to the Customers.
Requirements
- Recognized Engineering Degree/Diploma or many years of lift repair experience
- At least 2 years in lift/escalator design and site working experience.
