Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 7+ years in software/web development as a designer or an analyst.
- Analysis Skills (Interview, shadowing, Personas).
- Communication, facilitation, change management Skills.
- Conception Skills (prototyping, wireframing, data/information modelling).
- Knowledgeable about technology: Web/Java,/ UX, QC and Oracle etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
