*Job Description*
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Senior/Customer Service Executive to join our client's team. As a key member of our client's organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. *Responsibilities:*
1. Tenant Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
2. Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.).
- Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
3. Courier Management:
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services efficiently.
- Track deliveries and manage documentation.
4. Virtual Office Support:
- Assist clients with virtual office services (mail handling, phone answering, etc.).
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
5. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously.
6. Office Supplies:
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
- Ensure availability of essential items for smooth operations.
7. Meeting Room Bookings:
- Manage meeting room reservations.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure rooms are set up appropriately.
8. Invoicing:
- Prepare and process invoices for services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on payments.
9. Office Readiness:
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.
10. Ready-to-Serve Attitude:
- Be proactive and responsive to client needs.
- Anticipate requirements and provide efficient solutions.
11. Counter-Based Service:
- Greet visitors at the reception counter.
- Assist with check-ins, queries, and directions.
Working Hours
Mon-Fri 845am to 615pm.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Salary
Customer Service Executive
$1900 to 2400 neg
Senior Customer Service Executive
$2400-$2900 neg
