Job Summary
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. Adept at producing full set accounts, conducting group consolidations, and proficient in financial systems like SAP. The Senior Finance Manager will conduct financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting. Play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial stability and growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and produce full set accounts. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Conduct group consolidation activities to ensure accurate financial reporting
- SAP system knowledge for financial operations; familiarity with other systems is advantageous
- Collaborate with external auditors to prepare audit reports and ensure compliance.
- Stay updated with local tax regulations and ensure adherence across subsidiaries.
- Manage subsidiaries financial accounting
- Manage treasury functions and relationships with banking institutions.
- Implement cost accounting methodologies to optimize manufacturing costs and improve profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis to support operational decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide expertise in corporate finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Oversee financial accounting for subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Our dream candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, with exposure to subsidiary management.
- Strong proficiency in SAP financial systems; familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, inventory management, and supply chain finance.
- Experience in costing and financial analysis
- Experience in audit firm
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop finance teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
