Responsibilities:
- Review, issue and deliver Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills
- Manage assigned portfolios and support projects
- Track and monitor new business and policy renewal to ensure that information is received in a timely manner by working closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing Team
- Set up and review new business policies in core system
- Provide accurate billing status and quality checks reports
- Participate in projects that involve improvement of operations efficiency, such as User Acceptance Testing.
- Ensure service level commitments are met
- Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, agents, brokers and colleagues
- Attend to the emails enquires promptly, walk in agents and customers
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE A Level / Diploma in any field
- Prior administrative / billing experience would be highly advantageous
