Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze workforce trends and forecast hiring needs.
- Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events).
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in technology industry
- Good Communications skill
- Min diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
