Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Analyze workforce trends and forecast hiring needs.
  • Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events).
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in technology industry
  • Good Communications skill
  • Min diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
