Job Responsibilities
- To manage the Company’s compliance risk, by ensuring sound compliance risk management that aligns with business performance and governance structure in identifying, managing and mitigating possible non-compliance with the relevant laws, rules and standards.
- To assist in the review of marketing and product materials
- To assist on reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD) and Management Team (MT) on compliance risk matters.
- To provide compliance advisory to Business Units on regulatory requirements and industry guideline, in particular on PDPA, FATCA and CRS matters.
- To assist in the reviewing any data breaches escalated from business units.
- To assist with rolling out the Regulatory Compliance Assessment for applicable laws and regulations to the impacted departments and to work with the business units to implement the required controls.
- To assist in the regulatory dissemination to relevant stakeholders – LIA and GIA
- To complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Compliance.
- Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- A Diploma or a Degree qualification.
- Good in Excel (for reporting purposes)
