Job Description

As we continue to expand and drive innovation, we are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base across the assigned region. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or related technology sectors.

Strategic Development: Create and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry and other potential sectors.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Represent Appvantage at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Sales Expertise:

  • Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored digital solutions for clients.

Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor analysis to inform company strategy. Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance indicators.

Leadership and Reporting: Regularly update the Chief Revenue Officer on regional performance and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in automotive or technology sectors.
  • Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in various industries. Familiarity with automotive industry trends and challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in creating compelling proposals and presentations. Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel within the assigned region.
  • Client Management: Demonstrated success in account management and customer retention.
