We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Video Content Manager/Senior Manager to produce English education content (such as videos and cartoon characters) for children. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for children's education and a robust background in content development in the current online trend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the filming and editing of ESL video content, ensuring high-quality production standards and educational effectiveness.
- Cast and direct talent, including coordinating with external resources as needed, to bring educational content to life.
- Collaborate with the content development team to align video content with curriculum goals and learning objectives.
- Manage all aspects of video production, from concept development through final editing, to deliver engaging and effective educational materials.
- Stay current with online trends and incorporate relevant elements to enhance content appeal and engagement.
- Ensure that video content is tailored to the needs and preferences of your audiences, making adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- ONLY Singaporean may apply due to project needs
- Diploma in any discipline with more than 5 years of directing educational videos, particularly for children's content.
- Strong understanding of current online trends and their application in educational content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
