Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong Sales team to increase the sales volume
- Oversees the training, development, and on-going motivation of the sales team
- Develop and implement company's marketing & sales strategy and plans to meet/exceed profit objectives
- Develop new markets and new customers, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to achieve cooperation and win-win goals
- Establish effective sales channels and maintain existing channels,expand new sales channels and increase the number of customers
- Enhance service level and drive the organization towards delivering high-quality services to clients
- Monitor and evaluate sales and service delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into client operations
- Build and nurture collaborative innovation initiatives with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities for joint projects and initiatives that drive mutual growth and success
Qualifications:
- Overall 10 years of experience in sales, account management or business development role
- At least 5 years of proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong team management experience, able to manage, develop, coach and mentor a team
- Ability to drive organizational change and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and project management skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with various management levels
