- Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
- Managing the construction project activities, budget, and resources to meet the construction timeline without compromising quality and safety
- Conducts meetings to monitor site job progress and resolve all technical and site problems
- Assist Project Manager to organise weekly toolbox meetings and housekeeping, respective site operational meetings on related project matters
- Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with audit requirements
- Ensures that all construction documentation is filed and maintained according to the Project requirements
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Prepare weekly progress reports inputs and other deliverables of the project as required by Project Managers
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
- Solve issues with the site engineers that arise on the construction sites
- Experienced in handling multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising training, and mentoring staffs
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in a related field
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
