Responsibilities
· Monitor and track invoices, payment schedules related to all projects.
· Update management on outstanding invoices (incoming and outgoing) and payments.
· Establish and maintain a centralized repository for contract and project documents.
· Organize, categorize, and archive relevant files, ensuring easy access for all project stakeholders.
· Keep track of design review submission and decision sheets.
· Ensure timely submission of design materials and facilitate review processes
· Arrange internal and external meetings, including scheduling, invitations, and logistics.
· Prepare meeting agendas and distribute relevant materials.
· Monitor and track all tender submissions.
Minimum Requirements
· At least 3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or related roles.
· A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, financial management, or a related discipline.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
