JOB DESCRIPTION
· Participate in hands-on job rotational training under the guidance of skilled professionals
· Understand each department’s (e.g., HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
· Provide administrative support to managers and teams
· Participate in company’s strategic planning
· Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g., writing reports, analyzing data)
· Keep track of business revenue
· Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
· Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, projects, and other responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
· Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions
· Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
