Responsibility:
As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production, quality control, and team management aspects of our food product division. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in food production, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Description:
*Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
*Monitor food production processes, including ingredient preparation, cooking, packaging, and labeling, to meet production targets and quality control measures.
*Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance.
*Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry standards.
*Train and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
*Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies of ingredients and packaging materials.
*Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
*Collaborate with the R&D team to improve existing products and develop new food offerings.
*Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
*Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
*Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
Working Location: WOODLANDS.
Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
