We are currently recruiting for a Global Marketing Director for our Wellness category, to be based in Singapore. As the Global Marketing Director, Wellness, this role will serve as the commercial lead for key upstream scientific initiatives across the core VMS pillars. The scope will include scientific partnerships, commercial support for scientific and clinical engagements, consumer assessment of future facing scientific areas, delivery systems and other areas of interest that will enable the VMS and Digestive Wellness portfolios.


Responsibilities:

  • This role involves stewardship of a complex and evolving areas of science that requires previous experience driving innovation pipelines across multi-BUs and partnership with R&D and Medical.
  • Global role with engagements spanning the US, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
  • Focus on APAC as the primary commercial interface, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the region within our team to drive significant growth.
  • Drive the sustainability agenda including leading multi-disciplinary matrix team across all regions to complete market alignment and rollouts of initiative to reduce carbon and plastics.
  • Lead execution of the new Global Centrum Brand Architecture in regards to Range and Innovation, in tight partnership with the Wellness Design Director.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability and experience leading complex innovation projects involving international teams and technical functions (R&D, QSC, Clinical, Regulatory, etc.)
  • Possess strategic influencing capabilities involving both mental agility and people agility to understand and align stakeholder requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability of harnessing the value of cross market understanding while laddering up to the Global Vision and Strategy.
