CG is looking out for a full time HR officer to manage the company employees. Shortlisted candidate can expect to grow with the company, our company operate as a group, a team, a family. Interested parties can find below for more job details, training provided.
a) Coordinate & liaise with operations for staff relief placement.
b) Manage the company employees in leave application, staff overtime, payroll etc.
c) Post recruitment in job seeking website.
d) Be versed in MOM guidelines.
e) Scheduling staff and register for course refreshment training.
f) Setup payroll software, update staff records.
g) Monthly Payroll and HR support - software usage, monthly CPF submission.
i) Other duties admin support to take instruction from director.
Pleasant, communication, merticulous, detailed with adminstrative works is a must. With or / no experience required, officer level will be trained and progress up to executive, training provided.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) 5 days work week.
Sat, Sun, PH off.
