Main Duties and responsibilites:
- Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation.
- Assist in selecting and preparation of food ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and freshness in accordance with the restaurant’s standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area.
- Various pre-opening and cleaning down duties.
- Maintain adequate inventory and track expenses.
- Assist in inventing new dishes and menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures, hygiene and safety standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Experience:
- 2 years working experiences in a Chinese cuisine environment.
- A positive and collaborative attitude that fosters teamwork and a pleasant work environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes
