Job Description :-
- Answer enquiries to customers who call or text.
- Prepare and generate quotation, delivery order and invoice.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in preparing and updating monthly sales data.
- Maintain good and traceable documentations.
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirement :-
- Minimum one year of sales support or admin experience.
- Skilled in basic office skills (excel,word).
- Ability to multi tasks and work under pressure.
- 5.5 work week
