Responsibilities:
· Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of loan applications, including floor stock financing, block discounting and hire purchase.
· Communicate with dealers to collect necessary information and documentation.
· Maintain the latest and organize records of all loan applications and related documents.
· Ensure information and details are entered into the database system accurately.
· Conduct dealers' visits to perform stock take of vehicles.
· Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
· Prepare weekly/monthly reports of car flooring disbursement and redemption.
· Provide general administrative support to the loan processing team.
· Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Pre-requisites:
· Diploma or Degree in Finance or Business Administration
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in finance or loan processing.
· Experience in the automotive finance industry is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
