Job Description:
- Manage and handle document, records and maintain an organized filling system
- Perform daily administrative duties
- Purchasing role – buying / sourcing and negotiating on pricing from supplier
- Check on freight charges for incoming overseas shipment
- Communicate with suppliers on delivery commits/ expediting delivery
- Undertake ad-hoc HR and admin assignments delegated form time to time
- Other duties assigned
Requirement:
- To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
- Able to work under pressure and tight date line
- Ability to read and interpret simple instruction, short correspondence and memo.
- Ability to write simple English
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Basic knowledge of computer needed
