ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:


  • Manage and handle document, records and maintain an organized filling system
  • Perform daily administrative duties
  • Purchasing role – buying / sourcing and negotiating on pricing from supplier
  • Check on freight charges for incoming overseas shipment
  • Communicate with suppliers on delivery commits/ expediting delivery
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR and admin assignments delegated form time to time
  • Other duties assigned



Requirement:

  • To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight date line
  • Ability to read and interpret simple instruction, short correspondence and memo.
  • Ability to write simple English
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
  • Basic knowledge of computer needed
