- Develop, maintain, update, and improve assembly
- Establish UPH standards for capacity and product costing analysis
- Analyze capacity requirement in response to loading forecast, periodically
- Establish manning ratio and perform headcount optimization studies
- Plan, design, and coordinate execution of layout projects
- Work with Central IE & Finance on capacity and capex requirements
- Establish material usage standards for costing analysis
- Work on productivity improvement projects
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time
