- Support in daily HR operation and administration
- Assist in planning and coordinating training and development programs.
- Maintain employee training records and update training resources.
- Handle training evaluation and feedback surveys and prepare reports for analysis.
- Handle staff queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
- Assist in HR budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA guidelines and reviews.
- Plan and coordinate staff welfare, recreation and events activities.
- Backup for all other HR/admin support functions.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects with a focus on digital innovation and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, Admin, IT, or Tech related field
- Welcome entry level (Training Provided)
- Fast learner with positive attitude and willing to learn
- Tech Savvy
- 5-days work (9am to 6pm) near Bugis MRT
- Salary $2500 - $3100
- Start work Immediately or within short notice
