Cafe Manager
Salary : $3,000 - $3,500
Working hour : 8am to 4pm (Off Monday)
Location : Redhill
Job Description:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring a high standard of service and product quality.
* Lead, train, and supervise café staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team development.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure availability of products.
* Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry will be added advantage.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
