1) Catering experience is must
2) Must be willing to work on weekend and public holidays
3) Willing to start work very early in the morning
4) Have good skills and knowledge in South Indian cuisine (Veg/Non Veg)
5) Authentic Chettinad cuisine, varieties of Biryani and Tandoori
6) Able to make South Indian Tiffin – Prata, Dosa, Varieties Rice, Appam, Idli, Pakoda, Chapatti, Vadi, Sambar and varieties of Chutney
7) Knowledge of making sambal for Mee Goreng
8) Have interpersonal skills and team player
9) Have min of 5 years relevant working experience
10) Need to know packing of worker food packets
11) Willing to learn the new menu items
12) Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
