Job Responsibilities
• Handling full set of accounts, accounts schedules and bank reconciliation.
• Performing month-end and year-end closing of accounts
• Liaison with auditor and handle audit enquiries
• Preparation and liaising with auditor for Financial Statement preparation.
• Preparing quarterly consolidation report submitted to headquarters
• Managing account receivable, raise invoices and monitor collections
• Managing account payable and expense budget and processing payments
• Assisting in maintaining master control sheet (sales/payment/costing)
• Preparation and liaising with tax agent (Corporate tax, GST, Withholding tax, Transfer Pricing and other tax matters)
• Assisting in setup or revision of procedures and operating manuals
• Documentation of accounting documents in the designated folders
• Support employees with accounting advise.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting
• ACCA, CPA or any relevant qualification highly desirable
• Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in General Accounting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Advanced excel skills (pivot, vlookup, macro).
• Good analytical skills ,self-motivated, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadline without close supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills required to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills
• Full Set Accounting (AP, AR, FA, LA and etc.)
• Experience with Accounting Software.
• IFRS knowledge
