Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:Provide comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications and treatments. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories. Assist doctors during medical examinations and minor procedures.
- Clinical Support:Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the clinic's electronic health system. Prepare examination rooms and ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment.
- Administrative Duties:Handle patient registration, update personal and medical information. Process billing, insurance claims, and payment collections. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage clinic correspondence.
- Customer Service:Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families. Address patient concerns and provide information about treatments and procedures. Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Medication Management:Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed. Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects. Monitor and manage medication inventory.
- Clinic Operations:Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in clinic meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
