- Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
- Working hours: 9am – 6pm
- Location: Jln Kilang Barat, Frontech Centre
- Salary: Up to $3,500
Job Scope:
- Respond to support requests.
- Provide technical support remotely or on-site.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issue until closure.
- Conduct testing.
- Perform scheduled 24/7 standby TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) duty.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Generating and compile job reports.
Responsibilities:
- Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications, IP telephony, or data networking support.
- Training Provided.
- Proficiency in Linux Operating Systems, telecommunications, IP Telephony, AWS/Azure cloud, database management, data network, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolving technical issues.
