About Us: Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a rapidly growing nonprofit organisation dedicated to serving the underprivilege community in Singapore. Established with the aim of providing financial assistance and support to Muslims in need, MTFA focuses on various areas such as education, healthcare, welfare, and social services. As our organisation continues to expand, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of Properties
- Conduct monthly visual inspection of properties and put up reports of their state of cleanliness, maintenance and whether they need any repairs.
- Liaise with tenants on maintenance of leased properties.
- Attend to complaints regarding repairs that are required to properties.
- Obtain and compile quotations for goods and services in respect of repairs to properties.
- Certify contractors’ invoices for services delivered and repairs completed and raise for approval.
- Draw up maintenance schedules for properties and ensure that contractors comply with maintenance schedules for properties.
- Maintain the property maintenance files and all tenancy agreements
2. Rental & General Matters
- Loan out keys to agents arranging for property viewings.
- Ensure payment of security deposit, rental, stamp duty and legal fee by tenants.
- Prepare documents and collect/hand over items during beginning/end of lease.
- Monitor monthly rental payments and reconcile with the Finance Department.
- Maintain Property/Tenant Files
- Provide support to all company events.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the managers.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above (Major in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic learner, thriving in dynamic environments
