Make an Impact by:
- Develop Avaya IVR application using Orchestration Designer/Tetherfi IW (Interaction Workflow)
- Integrate IVR Application with the middleware using SOAP/REST API/JDBC protocols.
- Support Avaya IVR infrastructure (Avaya Experience portal – MPP/EPMS) & Tomcat Application Server
- Prepare Callflow, Functional Specification/Technical Design Documents
- Manage Vendor Solutions, review and bridge the gaps.
- Track the Solution Delivery and manage the stakeholders.
- Take part in initiatives and advice Product owners with assessments.
- Conduct Design reviews with Vendors and Business stakeholders and ensure to implement Singtel’s standards.
- Lead and manage the resolution of the security findings.
- Plan, execute the Business Continuity plan and Disaster Recovery exercise for applications regularly.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related
- Minimum 6 years’ experience developing Avaya IVR (Interactive Voice Response) application.
- Experience developing application using Java/J2EE servlet applications.
- Knowledge/experience in Tetherfi IW (Interaction Workflow) products would be added advantage.
- CRM expertise- preferably Telco domain
- Well versed with ETOM/TAM model, Event driven Solutions
- Exposure to DevOps
- Experienced in Agile Methodology based projects.
- Must be proactive, resourceful and self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
