Job Description:
- To assist retail stores, galleries and malls in testing, servicing and, maintenance of equipment
- Diagnose and resolve issues for AV Hardware Issues or IT systems
- Provide Basic Troubleshooting of IT & AV Equipment
- Able to communicate well with client and cater to their hardware, software and related requests pertaining to IT/AV support
- Install, configure, upgrade and deploy hardware and software on-site
- Support daily IT operational Job or Projects requirement
- Coordinate with customer or supplier for job requirement
- Ensure smooth running of all IT systems and AV Equipment
- Other Adhoc Duties as Tasked
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE or equivalent cert in IT/AV Studies
- Minimum 1-2 years’ Hands on in installation, configuration and upgrade of IT/AV Hardware Equipment and Software system
- Candidates well versed with IT Knowledge an advantage
- Possess AV integration knowledge added advantage
- Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed, including nights, weekends and holidays
