Account Service Executive ( Client Servicing )
The Account Service Executive is responsible in managing clients and coordinating with internal and external partners. He/she will be part of the events teams, working along side with our projects teams to deliver a successful event.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales and marketing support activities
- Resourceful & able to effectively explore and conclude sales opportunities
- Able to actively generate new accounts & maintain existing accounts
- Responding to sales enquiries in writing and on phone
- Liaising with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met
- Maintaining of good relationships with overseas and local clients
- Exceed customer satisfaction
- Manage and work on event related documentation and administration
- Quotation, invoicing and payments
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth deliverables
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Sales/ Event Industry
- Diploma equivalent cert. & above
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, Independent, strong communication skills and a team player
- Attention to details
- Able to Handle Stress & Multi-tasking
- Possess Strong Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills
- Language proficiency: English and Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Candidates well versed in IT/ AV Equipment an Advantage
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
