We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Chief of Staff to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and efficient professional, capable of providing comprehensive administrative, strategic, and operational support. This role is critical to ensuring the CEO's effectiveness in leading the organization and driving strategic initiatives.


Role responsibilities

  • Strategic Support: Work closely with the CEO to implement the organization's strategic objectives and initiatives. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvemen
  • Operations Management: Oversee various company operations to ensure alignment with the strategic plan. Implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity. Foster cross-functional collaboration between departments.
  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO's complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. Draft and review correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Event and Project Management: Assist in planning and coordinating special events, conferences, and company functions. Lead and coordinate strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle expense reporting, budget tracking, and other financial tasks as required to support decision-making. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Document Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary. Coordinate logistics both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Personal Support: Provide personal support to the CEO as needed, including managing personal appointments and other tasks.
  • Information Management: Maintain and organize confidential information and files.
  • Task Prioritization: Assist in identifying and managing priorities, ensuring the CEO's time is optimally utilized.



Required experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a high-level management or executive support role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including MS Office suite.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside of standard hours as needed.
