Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate compelling creative assets for the hotel, including guest rooms, food & beverage establishments, and meeting and event facilities. Ensure steadfast adherence to corporate and branding guidelines for artwork consistency across all marketing assets and collaterals.
- Champion and evolve our brand and hotel graphic standards, guaranteeing consistency and innovation across all media channels.
- Seamlessly coordinate with both internal teams and external creatives, ensuring our visual content resonates perfectly with our brand's distinctive voice.
- Spearhead the production of printed materials, meticulously selecting the appropriate media and materials to breathe life into our designs, all while strictly adhering to our brand standards.
- Manage our digital assets with unparalleled precision, creatively archiving and proactively making recommendations to ensure our content remains fresh and captivating.
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute internal photo or video shoots, occasionally necessitating coordination and oversight with external photographers/videographers, to establish the look and feel of the brand/campaigns.
- Employ marketing assets to forge new, unique ideas and adapt key design elements across a myriad of digital touchpoints, all while upholding the highest standards and overall consistency within established brand guidelines.
- Oversee document flow within the office and with external parties, including freelance designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, printers, and other external vendors.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience with Adobe products such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a flair for illustration being a significant plus.
- Proficiency in video editing and sound knowledge of web authoring software.
- Adept in online media and methods of producing web materials, such as HTML, CSS, Flash, and current Social Media Channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook).
- Extensive experience with photo and video production and art direction, showcasing a keen eye for detail and a creative vision that aligns with our brand's ethos.
