Job Description:
The duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
・Check staff expenses claim
・Handling full sets of accounting, and assist in audits when necessary, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
・Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with accounting schedules on time
・Responsible for day-to-day preparation, compiling and recording of receipts, payment, accounts payable and receivable.
・Prepare reports on accounts receivable and reports on payable amount, and on operating expenses. Handle enquiries related to AP and AR.
・Perform intercompany billing transaction
・Prepare GST reports quarterly.
・Prepare WHT submission monthly
・Maintenance of fixed assets schedule including additions/ disposals/ depreciation etc
・Maintain company filling system of documentations Admin
・Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
・Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
・At least 2-3 year working experience in similar position
・Experience in Taxation on WHT and GST is necessary
・Able to meet deadlines
・Good knowledge and hands on experience on ACCPAC system is preferred
・Mature, attention to details and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
・Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of staff, handle cross department issues and participate actively in staff/operation meetings. Independent and hardworking
