Job Description:
- Lead the works in accordance with site specifications.
- Understand and manage clients' requirements and their obligations.
- Ensure the design process & information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timelines.
- Preparing detailed investigation report, as required.
- Review with the Business Development team on project closing reports.
- Develop future strategies.
- Lead, develop and provide training to the team of Engineers.
- Conduct regular site visits.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PEB-recognised)
- Min 7 years of experience in a geotechnical design, preferably in ground improvement design management.
- Experience in leading a team with leadership skills.
