Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the company
2. Sales of gym membership packages
3. Ensure delivery of excellent member / customer service
4. Develop the business activities by building strong relationships with members, build new lead generation plans and identify new business opportunitie.
5. Grow, mentor, manage, and train members of your team
6. Be prepared to take on extra duties, development, and problem-solving tasks as necessary
7. Conduct daily club activity summary calls to ensure achievement of daily sales targets
8. Provide strong leadership which models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintain high personal visibility within the club
9. Ensure the club achieves the operational KPI’s and targets
10. Ensure operational frameworks and standard operating practices are being implemented consistently
11. Assist in accounting and financial reporting to CEO
12. Training of staff
13. Forward planning of sales targets and ensuring healthy membership levels
Candidate Requirements:
1. 2 years relevant gym management experience preferred
2. Strong administration skills and eye for detail
3. Sales and marketing experience
4. Good leadership skills with a successful track record of developing people and spotting talent
5. Self motivated with a strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams
6. Excellent knowledge of the industry and operational challenges
7. Able to deliver real improvement – able to get things done, strong influencing skills
8. Good communication skills with all levels of the business
