Job Profile Summary:
We are looking for a Distribution Operations Specialist in Distribution Business Process team, who will be an integral role in ensuring that we take our service levels to greater heights and ensure that critical business processes are established and reviewed.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations for Transfer of Policy process / Orphan client assignment / Persistency tracking
- Escalation of anomalies or deviation in process for any potential breaches
- Oversee the campaigns implementation or any customer promotion (Review conditions and ensure setup in system is in order)
- Perform UAT for new product launches (TOP and Persistency)
- Track objectives, key deliverables, timelines for all system enhancement.
- Review all operational processes within DBM, collaborate with the team to implement optimized solutions.
- Influence and collaborate with internal stakeholder to drive business improvement process
- Periodic review of governance control and SOPs
Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits
- High Proficiency in Microsoft applications, eg Excel and Word
- Has experience with Paxus Life 400 system (Preferred)
- Understand, articulate and translate user requirements to users / TECH
- Good communication skill with all levels of stakeholders
- Proactive and attentive to details
- Self-motivated and loves trouble shooting or investigation work
- Highly organized, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
Working Experience:
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Some Insurance background (Preferred)
- Familiar with Paxus Life 400 system (Preferred)
Professional Qualifications:
- Certificates on project management preferred
Education:
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Technology or related field preferred
