What will you be responsible for?
- Source, shortlist, and select suitable candidates via different channels such as job boards, social media, advertising and referrals etc.
- Placement of job advertisements.
- Conduct interviews to perform candidate screening and assess the suitability of candidates based on clients’ job requirements.
- Evaluate candidate’s aspirations/ goals and provide value added advice on potential opportunities, provide thorough support to candidates ranging from interviews to offer management etc
- Coordinate interviews arrangement, salary negotiation between clients and candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from mid to senior-level management positions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with new / existing clients through tele-calls, follow up and client visit etc. Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, ensure repeated business needs from current clients, grow your client portfolio.
- Map and research on client companies and positions to better understand the companies for effective recruitment.
What are we looking for?
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a Scientific, Engineering or Analytics field of study
- Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is an advantage but not a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ensure adherence to all administrative procedures and that all reporting systems are kept up-to-date.
- Team player with a strong sense of accountability, ethics, and integrity.
- Self-Driven and Sales Oriented
- Able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target consistently
- Candidates that have more relevant experiences can be considered for Senior Recruitment Consultant position.
