Job Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Oversee the bookkeeping deadlines for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial reports.
- Review client files / management reports before issurance to clients.
- Provide technical assistance to data-entry and accounts preparations team if situation arises.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the management team to implement best practices and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Training and Development:
- Conduct regular training sessions for the accounting team to keep them informed of industry updates, changes in regulations, and best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in Xero accounting, Employment Hero payroll system
- CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working within an accounting department or practice firm.
- In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting software, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
