Essential Job Functions:
The Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Quality:
- Ensure work site is in compliance with Company’s OSHAS procedures and system.
- Conduct safety inspections, assessments and incident investigations & reporting.
- Coordinate emergency response to include scheduling, training and updating
written programs. - Monitor work site industrial hygiene.
- Spearhead safety programs at work site.
- Assist with safety program implementation to include: training, conducting routine plant & machinery inspection and safety committee participation.
- File and maintain safety records for inspections/auditing etc.
Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:
- Degree in Engineering or Environmental, Health and Safety.
- Experience in managing large scale bored tunnel construction projects.
- Advance Certificate in WSH or Safety coordinator training course.
