Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and talent management
- Manage all form of recruitment channels to better facilitate recruitment needs
- Plan, schedule and lead recruitment activities
- Manage recruitment budget
- Work closely with Operations Managers to establish recruitment needs and manage the full recruiting process to deliver consistent and timely manpower results
- Review, recommend and administer retention/reward/employee benefit schemes for the organization
- Responsible for monthly reports for management review
- Any other HR duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 3 year(s) of experience in HR
- Candidate with F&B experience would be an added advantage
- A good team player who can work independently in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision required
- Well versed in local employment legislations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to handle difficult and sensitive issues/situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking colleagues
