• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
• Coordinates daily tasks with the Head Chef
• Display initiative, excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Support in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
• Assist in overseeing, supervising and training junior cooks and other staff members as necessary
