Responsibilities
- Maintaining record databases including disposing of concluded cases and updating information into internal system.
- Ensure timely submission of documents from stakeholders.
- Handle record-keeping for incomig/outgoing documents.
- Provide simple technicla support such as software updates, duplicate CD & assist with Zoom meetings.
- Assist with print and scan requests.
- Assist team lead in meeting & training coordination.
- Assist with periodic data clean-up.
- Support inventory management for pantry and stationery supplies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Team Lead
Requirements
- Proficient in operating photocopying and scanning equipment with ability to troubleshoot common issue.
- Experienced in using Adobe Acrobat & Microsoft Office application

- Contract: 6 months (extendable)
